I ordered some items and paid 14 days ago, and so far the person has failed to respond to 2 emails. He has 100% feedback though on a score of 450, so I'm a bit reluctant to open a dispute and even more reluctant to negative feedback him because he has an excellent record. Am I being a bit impatient? Should I leave it another week or 2? What would you do? It's only for less than £10, but I don't want to be a mug either. Maybe he had a heart attack and he's in hospital, or he even DIED? What would you do? It's a UK seller, but postage was not free.

Hi, I bought a pair of Uggs boots on Ebay (I risked it as the seller had good feed back). When I received the boots compared to my genuie Uggs (bought in a department store) they looked good e.g. labels perfect but the quality was poor compared. I saw a pergola for sale on ebay uk, the ad said alternate sizes could be made to order. I emailed the seller who confirmed he could make the size I wanted & provided a price. He sent me a pay pal invoice (outside of ebay) which I paid via pay pal using my credit card. After 3 weeks of waiting & no comms or delivery, I raised a dispute in pay pal. 10 days later, pay pal closed the dispute in my favor but said they couldnt recover any money from the seller as he had no balance.
