Voting Question: Paypal item dispute, help please?!?
I recently sold a Gucci bag on eBay, starting at 99p the auction ended at around £100. I had the low start and no reserve as I knew it wasn't genuine (I know this isn't allowed) and therefore never ever mentioned or even implied it was authentic - it's common sense to other eBayers. My buyer has just opened a Paypal 'Item Significantly Not As Described' dispute. WTF?! In theory, it was EXACTLY as described. What do I do? What will the outcome be?

OK, This is so annoying, i am trying to put an item on ebay, i want to put a reserve price on but...as usual there is no explanation on this. the info i found was...

Resolved Question: We won a no reserve auction on ebay for a house, we emailed the seller but didn't get a reply, what to do?
I know ebay says real estate auctions are non-binding on the buyer (us) but it doesn't say anything about the seller? I guess they are obliged to sell it to you if you have won the auction? We're pretty sure the seller didn't expect to get so low a price but that's how auctions work! (If you want a certain price put a reserve on it!)
So, probably contact ebay if we don't hear from the seller? Oh, and leave negative feedback thereby ending the sellers 100% positive feedback? Thanks.
We haven't paid anything yet, supposed to do a bank transfer of 10% within 72 hours, have over 2 days to go yet. But to do the transfer we need their bank details.
The house is in Bulgaria not the States and we're in Ireland. We don't even know where the contract would be enforced if we could pursue a legal route? Ireland, Bulgaria, the US where ebay is headquartered...lol But it probably won't come to that. But we'll phone a lawyer we know in Bulgaria tomorrow to find out (because the selling agents are registered in Bulgaria)
Thanks folks for your replies. Maybe it coiuld only be considered an invitation to treat (I remember some of my law studies, lol) Anyway, the seller has contacted us so all is good, at the moment.

i bid on a car on e bay and won it for £210 wich was cheap but it had no reserve ad said "simply goes to the highest bidder" and would be mot'd before auction ends.
i contact seller who said will mot next day (but will pass as everything has been cheaked) so i said ok.
2 cut long story short he never bothered contacting me to keep me informed untill 4 days later when i told him i knew he didnt ant to sell to me at that price and should have put reserve on.
he came back and said it failed mot on light bulb blown!!
i think thats a crock of s**t
what should i do?????????????

i have a brand new phone that i dont want and have put in on ebay - my first sell. i have had someone contact me saying they will give me £85 (inc postage) for an immediate sale. dont know whether to accept - does it sound okay? i only have it on for a start of £40 with no reserve. is a nokia 6230i - so he's offering me double - or is not to be trusted - still about 4 days left on auction... i havent sold anything before and am wary.please advise folks.

I have just began selling items on ebay, i have just put 5 items on by auctions, with a low start bib price and no reserve, but they dont seem to be selling, ive had views but no bids of any of them. How can i be successful at selling items by ebay?
I cannot affort the extras, such as, buy now items, etc.
