Its only a short idea; Two middle-aged men are fighting over this middle-aged woman and shes upset. She says its because she lost this box with her will in it. She is very rich but has no one to leave her fortune too. Then she says to the men whoever can find the box first will be put in her will. (Missing scenes cause its not a finished idea yet) The two men find the box at the same time in an auction then they have to bid higher and higher to get it. i think i have it, i overspend my budget every week, i get store cards, have maxed a lot of cards i now cannot afford food today i have used our holiday fund out today to get the food in. was even shopping online it is usually not clothes i go for. i have been paying off one bill then another comes in and i cant seem to stop dont even want the damn things and i have shamefacedly taken items back a week later after i bought them on impulse as i never used. dont laugh i really have got into a lot of debt and am worried and need to stop. it is embarrassing am sure the neighbours must see all the courier vans that i sign for boxes of things and the postman laughs his head off saying he is kept ina job due to me! i must be bad. it is usually online. it is not expensive it is like used books and second hand items at a well known auction site but they must all think its new. i keep buying used bargain books and so on.

Open Question: Does Anyone Know The Title And Author Of This Book?
This is going to be a bit vague, I read this book over two years ago, it's a romance ... along the lines of Marian Keyes, Jill Mansell, Katie Fforde, etc... That kind of writing style. All I remember is it starts off with a woman (the main character), who moves into a village. She makes friends with a neighbour who I recall being very quirky and eccentric, and who also has a teenage daughter who the main character also becomes close to during the story. The main character goes to the village 'mansion'?, can't quite remember. Anyway, they're having an auction, and whilst this is going on, the main character 'sneaks' out of the room, I think to find a bathroom, and meets the family who are holding the auctions' son...apparently a bit of a 'bad boy' around the village. He persuades her to 'buy' him at this auction...I'm not sure why he's being auctioned off but he is, and who ever 'wins him' gets him to do all their odd jobs, and gardening, etc... Long story short, they fall in love (obviously), but not without alot of trouble and strife along the way (again, obviously). If anyone knows what I'm talking about can you pleeeeease let me know the title, I've been wanting to read it again for ages! Thank you :)

I know that is a risk, but if you prepared to take a chance, what sort of deal can you expect to get? Does the price you would pay more than compensate for getting a car that needs work doing, but would still be better value than buying in the more conventional way. obviously, the dealers who are there are buying cars for their forecourts, so is it a good way of leaving out the middleman? I purchased an item via the "best offer" function of eBay. I then found out that I was getting this item for my birthday, and so contacted the seller on the day after I bought it (today, Sunday) to request a refund, tell them not to dispatch the item, and apologise for the mishap. By this time the PayPal transaction had gone through. I got a reply from the seller telling me that "it was an auction and I won" - I assume that means they think the "Best Offer" means that it can't be refunded because eBay rules that say auctions cannot be refunded. Now I would like to know if I have a right to request a refund if I wish, before the item has been dispatched? I have further communicated with the seller and they seem to not want to refund me despite me telling them I will pay for any fees they have had to incur. According to the shipping status, it has also been dispatched. I did not want this to happen as I live with the person who is getting me this present and I don't want them to know that I got one! They are likely to be the only person in when it is mailed to us and it will be obvious what it is... agh, I've been as nice as possible and they sell loads of these all the time so I don't see what the problem is!

I've just sold a Paul' Boutique handbag on ebay. During the auction a buyer messaged me and asked how much postage would be to the USA. I replied and said I will only ship to UK addresses (because I have no idea about shipping to the USA). However the buyer continued to bid and won the item! I won a low value item from a casual seller (about 100 feedback - not a pro) a few days back and paid instantly via paypal. I haven't received any response from him/her and the item is not marked as dispatched. I'm not one of those pain in the arse ebayers who thinks that items *must* be dispatched within 2.5 seconds of the auction ending and I have no particular reason to think I'm being ripped off but the silence is a bit perturbing. How soon can I contact them to chase up a response without being seen as hassling them?

I have inherited this personal organiser without it's setting up and it's operating instructions. I can not find any website for downloading or for ordering a copy from the supplier. I note that several of these organisers are up for auction on the internet. Please copy suppliers details to me or advise of a site for downloading them. I've received one answer so far, it was not for the company I was looking for. The answer given is for a supplier of cars/ caravans and similar automobile products. I have since traced the company to Hagen in Germany and the have an office in Devon. They were most helpful and supplied the instructions by email. If all companies were as efficient as the Westfalia office in Devon there would be very few complaints.
